This is the Last Will and testament of Charles Crofts
In the parish of Cattstok in the County of Dorset Daryman
Itm I give to my five sons Charles Crofts and Edward Crofts and hennery Crofts and filip Crofts and Jacob Crofts my house at Longbredy and to Be passed Be twine them Eqel and to Be Sold
Itm I give to my Daughter Betty Short the sum of five pound
Itm I give to my Daughter Ann geal the Sum of five pound
Itm Jacob Crofts I give the Clok and Beed and and furnuter and all do belong to the Beed and all the Darygoods and the ellem ord and the old Bord
Itm I give to my SonLaw William Edwards the Som one Shilling
Itm I make my Daughter Rebecka my full Sole Execater of this my Last Will and testament and Disoling all former wills and I make Ann geal to be trustee over her and if the di to turn to her to Sisters to Be passed equell Be Ann he to Sisters
In Witness whear of I have hear unto set my hand and Seal this in the year of our Lord god In one thousand Eight hundred and nine witness my hand
